1. Services and Transactions
Inbox Puerto Rico provides digital marketing services, including email marketing, social media management, and strategic consulting.
- Service Withdrawal: We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms.
- Payments: All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways. Clients agree to provide accurate billing information and to authorize recurring charges where applicable.
2. Management of Expectations and Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy and uptime, the nature of digital marketing and web hosting means we cannot guarantee perfection.
- Information Errors: Inbox Puerto Rico is not liable for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in marketing materials once approved by the Client.
- Website Downtime: We are not responsible for any loss of business resulting from temporary website downtime, platform outages (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, or Email Service Providers), or technical issues beyond our control.
- Results: While we use industry-standard best practices, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates or financial returns.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content created by Inbox Puerto Rico—including copy, graphics, logos, and strategy documents—is protected by copyright law.
- Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended commercial purpose.
- Attribution and Use: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Inbox Puerto Rico retains the right to display work in our portfolio.
- Prohibitions: Clients may not resell, adapt, or redistribute our proprietary strategies or templates to third parties without express written consent.
4. User Behavior and Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a professional environment, all users and clients must adhere to the following rules:
- Unlawful Use: You may not use our services for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Content Standards: We strictly prohibit the dissemination of hate speech, bullying, harassment, or defamatory content through any platform we manage.
- Anti-Spam: All email marketing must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and local Puerto Rico regulations. Use of purchased or "scraped" email lists is strictly prohibited.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to disable or terminate user accounts or service agreements immediately if:

- The Client fails to pay for services rendered.
- The Client’s behavior is deemed harmful to the reputation or operation of Inbox Puerto Rico.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
7. Modifications
Inbox Puerto Rico reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
